Another Landlord Bites The Dust

Recommended Posts

in the past hour 11 terrace houses in BT6 AND BT5 area have appeared on propertynews, nearly all with tenants and by BTW Cairns.

looks like another landlord trying to off load a lot, or may all repo's from the same landlord

If it's a fixed charge receiver job they usually say in the ad.

Speaking of which Colliers are offering a couple of new sites:

30 acres in Cavan with pp for 190 units; yours for 1.5m euro

http://www.colliers-receivers.com/property_specific.aspx?ID=13576

6 acres in Omagh with potential for 58 units, but no pp mentioned: £1.5m

I think I'll have both - better get in there quick!

Seriously though,

I read in the Paper this week that land prices in the RoI were up 5% yoy.

To about 10,000 Euro per acre.

at some point development sites will drop back to the value of the land itself - you would think?
