Strange Rightmove Goings On

Recommended Posts

A load of properties have been newly listed and marked sold by an agent. A couple of them have rather strange descriptions...

"3 story town house with garage and the largest garden in the block. Originaly the show home for the area. looking for 250 but that was 2 years ago."

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-27592711.html

another:

"3 storey, 3 bed, ensuite to master, family bathroom, w/c, garage and driveway and conservatory

Property was purchased:- 2 years ago

Originally paid:- 210000

On the market? Spoken to other agents:- No "

Looks like the office junior got let loose with the Rightmove upload today!

Meanwhile, I saw a flat newly listed with an agent today while the other, who had had it on for months, listed it as sold STC today. Guess if it is going off their books they are going to at least pretend that they sold it!
