Nigel Farage Goes Nuts In European Parliament

Recommended Posts

Farrange is just an ignorant shouty idiot

He's an embarrassment to anyone proud to be British

He's one of the few remaining who stick up for democracy, a system that seems to be going out of fashion.

The man has integrity, something British politics severely lacks. He tries to be honourable.

The government for the last 13 years has been so dishonourable, we have falsely begun to believe that this is the norm.

UKIP are bad news and Farage is a red faced bully, they seem to be little better than the BNP, UKIP and their supporters seem to have an acute persecution complex like the US Teabaggers, I feel like a mug that I voted for these clowns as flawed and hard to understand as the EU is, the Euro was just poorly thought through and wage serfs from Poland didn't work but that's no excuse for rampant, foaming at the mouth nationalism, and it doesn't take much for an antique plane to crash.

The only decision Blair and Brown made that will ease the UK's pain amongst the mess they created since 1997 was they did not take us into the Euro.

Be grateful for small mercies.

Interesting question.

I don't believe £ can survive with the jaw-dropping debt this country carries. But the € doesn't want us. Conundrum.

Eurozone has on balance more strength than weakness compared to the UK. € will contract, adapt and provide better security.

$ will be currency king once Obama gets shafted in November.

And me

And me. I hate this country and what is has become, and also a lot of the people.

But back on topic, what gets me most about those vids is the smug smirk on the faces of the people who Nigel challenges with the truth.

People always get what they deserve, and for the vast majority of people in England and probably Europe, this is it. Now how to escape.........

If any Farrage detractors can direct me to anything he's said that's not been right I'd be very interested to see it.

For me, he's a sole voice of reason in a sea of bureaucrats out to line their own pockets. The European union is the very antithesis of democracy.. repeatedly asking countries if they want to join up.. If they say "no", just ask them again.. and again.

The way this country was stitched up over the Lisburn Treaty, how the Labour government allowed it to happen and how little press coverage it got was a national disgrace.. but hey, at least Leona won X-Factor right ?

The problem I have is that I'm inclined to be pro-european; but the whole project has gone very wrong. Enlargement has been too fast; there is too little transparency and democracy; and rules are not properly applied.

Being English I am so proud that the World chose my Language to be the International Language. Unfortunately the majority of Countries decided to drive on the wrong side of the road, did they do this simply to have a pop at us. :D

I was told that sticking to the left hand side of the road was so that people could fight using a sword in their dominant (right) hand. The French, for no other reason than to spite the British decided on traffic being on the right hand side of the road. That was the origin. British = Sensible, French = pig headed.

Later it was a case of protectionism. One nations car manufacturers had to retool parts of their industry if they wished to export their cars to a nation who drove on the other side of the road.

Being raised on the metric system Imperial measurements confounded me. It wasn't until the theory and origin of them that I learned a great deal of respect for it. Its not perfect that's for sure but nor is metric with its base 10 number system. I mean, what's 1/4 of 10?

Problem is that that is by design, it's not an accident that just happened to end up that way. The Europhiles themselves even admit it, this is not secret NWO garbage. Google up "Monnet Method" and read the europhiles own documents from their own websites.

I couldn't really care less about imperial measurements and queens heads on our coins. They have harps on the euro coins in Ireland, I'm sure they would have queens heads on euro coins here. That isn't the point. The point is freedom and democracy, to borrow Farage, or the lack of it.

Have you actually met any EU migrants? The ones I have think we're nuts for letting everyone over here and then handing out free money to anyone with a kid. They know we're wrecking our country and when it's been hollowed out from the inside they'll move on to the next welcoming socialist paradise. Heck, i'll probably be joining them, because this place is going to be a real dump in 10-20 years time if we don't remember where our backbone is.

Exactly , i'm totally against the EU simply because it just becomes a self serving entity sucking wealth from everywhere.

A Welfare State for countries where the "players" have ample skimming opportunities.

To your point if the UK goes "Pete Tong" then ironically maybe the belonging to the EU will be the best of the $hit options available.

I'm thinking in the [low] possibility of the £ crashing if we fail to re-adjust our economy.

Then you can only cheer Farage.

What he says is unimportant - just the fact he says it.

Lets not walk blindly from ambivalent consensus into our futures.

The difference between theory and practice. I'm inclined to be in favour of benign dictatorships in theory, but not in practice. I'm in favour of socialism in theory, but not in practice etc. Lots of ideas are great until venal humans get involved.

A good rule of thumb is to not go with any political philosophy where its name has been made up after its ideals have been implemented.
