My New Search To See Whats Going On In The Uk

Recommended Posts

Uk wide search to see what going on in the UK market for the last seven days.

2 bedroom (+) detached houses for sale.

£160,000 to £175,000 (within Nationwide and Halifax average price range)

Result

773 properties found ( including SSTC)

756 properties found (without SSTC)

17 properties SSTC does that seem low?

Not sure what you're trying to measure there, but your search will only pick up the SSTC that have been added in the last 7 days. Bear in mind that some agents will create a new listing to advertise that they have achieved a sale on a property that may have been marketed for quite a long time previously.

You have detected a larger amount of new listings this week compared to last, is this what you're looking at?

Not to sure myself yet.

If we decide to purchase a residential rather than commercial home, we could be quite flexible on location.

The only requirement 2 bedroom detached and no more than £175,000.

Maybe I am just trying to get a feel of how my market going.
