Recommended Posts

...for Barclays it's a 'no brainer' ...but what about taxpayers...?.....

Which idiot doles out this money? Barclays "may" create up to 2000 jobs don't you know. Yea right. They may also axe the jobs at the end of the "contract" period or whatever this crap is called. Not exactly "arms length" jobs creation is it?

A grant? For Barclays?

The same Barclays where profits jumped 44pc to £3.95bn in the first six months of the year?????

I thought Alex Salmond wanted independence? Why is he using my money to bribe financial companies who he used to despise?

Have i jumped to a parallel universe?

They might have profits of £3,950,000,000.00...bit that will be in paper and landlords and employees want cash payments, and Barclays may not have enough!
