Will This Person Find The Greater Fool?

This should maybe be in regional forum, mods please move as you see fit...

Just seen this upper maisonette on for £420k

which would be most a maisonette has sold for on that street.

The highest sold price was the same place in sep 2007 for £413k

Looks like the buyers were not too bothered about the bubble at the time...

1 05/09/2007 £413,000 Flat L No Map 140, Mantilla Road, London, Greater London, SW17 8DU

2 19/01/2005 £246,000 Flat L No Map 140, Mantilla Road, London, Greater London, SW17 8DU

Possible new kitchen and bathroom went in between those two sales - and presumably the best twigs in vases money can buy.

London has seen an acceleration in prices this year, if this sells this will be a good barometer as to if this is continuing or if the tide is now turning
