Living costs up and wages down.Unemployment increases and cuts to come.Mortgage lending restricted and the cost of mortgages likely to increase with interest rate rises.Housing benefit fall = less rental yieldAnd my personal favourite, FTB age and according population demographics.

Me i'm just taking every day as it comes, of course prices should fall hard from now, but with what happened from Q2 2009 i'll only believe it when i buy another property.
