This Was On The Market For Over £500K Last Year In Poole

Poole will never go down, it's got the schools, people are queuing to live here. Poole is different.

When we went on a caravan hol to Poole in the early 80s it was a bit of a dump I thought - and I was living on a council estate near Birmingham at the time...

Maybe its radically changed, but if the high prices are just due to proximity to the places in Dorset people actually want to live then,
