Conservative MP against MOD cuts -> Choose the most emotive part of the armed forces that could be cut (Joanna Lumley demonstrated the Gurkhas fit this nicely) -> Insinuate it could be 'cut', even though there's no imminent chance of that happening and anything else could also be cut -> Headline in a paper somewhere, bonus if it's a national one.
