I've got BBC News on in the background and just noticed that Ed Balls has been prattling on for the last few minutes :(.

Why do the BBC give that odious little man so much airtime? I don't remember seeing Conservative and Libdem politicians on TV news every five minutes when they were in opposition.

Guaranteed to spark an outbreak of Tourettes in myself. Odious little cretin, no idea what the BBCs agenda is, but it's rarely wholesome.

Can't wait for the axe to fall on the overpaid Labour sycophants that work at BBC. Hopefully they can make it commercial and get rid off TV licence

I shouldn't bitch too much about the BBC as I watch very little of their content, what I do is via iPlayer.

I don't pay the TV tax as I do not receive live TV broadcasts or watch live webcasts. But the sycophancy towards the labour party by the BBC news department is quite pronounced.

My problem with commercialising the BBC is it will become another vested interest of some big corporation.

My proposed solution is to have the BBCs budget set in stone by cross party agreement and index linked. This would remove the human nature aspect of trying to please your boss to get more.

Then chairman should be an elected official with no political or business affiliations, voted for by the viewers. I have to admit it's hard to think of someone though.

I also made that mistake today but thankfully managed to come to my senses and turn over quickly before having to listen too much to that obese, bullying, expense troughing thug.

The BBC give him and every other Liebour politician and vested interest far more and softer coverage than they ever gave the Tories in opposition; for a start the BBC is dominated by Liebour supporters at all levels and for a second they even for them are pushing their support for that party harder and harder before the new government can get anywhere near their expense accounts and 'market leading' salary packages.

Try Five Live on a Sunday morning sometime if you are in doubt; if Richard Bacon and Kate Silverton could they would end every programme with a compulsory singing of the 'Red Flag'.

I'd be down to bloody stumps, just below the elbow, before I tired of punching that face.

One thing ive noticed is how very anti Diane Abbott the BBC have been, continually with the private schools thing and even racism thing on andrew neil.

Even the BBC can be anti-Liebour when liebour is in danger of having a joke leader like Abbott. They know she would finish the party.

Not that I ever would vote for Labour, but she's the only one of the candidates with even the tiniest smidgeon of anything good about her.

Why oh why do BBC News keep inviting him on to talk about anything and everything? He was the minister for children not the chancellor :(,

See my reply above..........Balls and his pals McBride and Whelan always have been interchangeable with many of the 'movers and shakers' at the BBC. The latter is simply the state funded media wing of the former grouping/ Liebour.

Truth be known Abbot is the only contender standing on a platform of exactly what the Labour party was formed for....

Socialism if you like or don't like but all these champagne socialists of recent years are about as far from real Labour as a distant thing..
