ive given up attempting to buy flat in jesmond. leave the rahs to it.

im looking to rent instead, but in dunston -

does anyone know roads etc that they'd recommend

or price range i'd be looking at for a 1/2bed flat

i think near the staithes would take me up to jesmond prices again?

The staithes would probably take you up in prices and are like boxes. You'll get more for your money on the other side of the motorway which is ok. Be careful though becuase you make your money on an up and growing area like dunston in an sellers market but you've got more chance of losing money in a buyers market. Probab;y best to leave buying for two years cos houses in the area are silly proces at the moment.
