English Rose Posted September 3, 2005 Share Posted September 3, 2005 Article in today's Independent, peppered with quotes from Paragon Mortgages, about how it's a great time to BTL. - The crash in OO purchases means it's a great time to BTL - less competition for the properties for sale! - People are too nervous about poss price falls to buy - more tenants! - "The average house price has increased by 15.5% over the year". Turning as ever, grinding away in the face of a huge tide. Look at the Independent Property section and you'll see why they have to keep up appearances, just like all the other "quality" rags. Pah!
