Any guesses as to which HPC poster this might have been?

Reminds me of Bernanke's idea of throwing money out of helicopters, with the exception that the Bernanke scenario involves stealing a little bit from everyone rather than just one bank.

Possibly the opposite: money not in the bank isn't being multiplied by fractional reserve.

Though that foolishly assumes the bank's accountants notice it's gone.
