A Property Joke

Recommended Posts

These two women were walking through the forest when they hear this voice from under a log. Investigating, the women discovered the voice was coming from a frog:

"Help me, ladies! I am not really a frog, I am a man. I own dozens of propeties, but one of my tenants, a witch, who has not paid her rent, when I sent the bailiffs around put an evil curse on me and i have been transformed into a frog. If one of you will kiss me, I'll be returned to my former state!"

The first woman opened her purse, grabbed the frog, and stuffed it inside her handbag. The second woman, aghast, screamed, "Didn't you hear him he ownes all those properties? If you kiss him, he will surely reward us, you never know he may be single!!

The second woman replied, "Sure, but have you seen what property prices are doing? A talking frog has got to be worth more than what he's likely to be worth in 6 months time!!
