Bob Loblaw Posted August 16, 2010 Share Posted August 16, 2010 Having used RightMove and HousePrices to find sold prices these both seem to be not updated after May 2009 even though I know there have been sales since in the areas I am searching for. easy2012 Posted August 16, 2010 Share Posted August 16, 2010 (edited) Nope I know that's got one missing that I've seen on http://www.houseprices.co.uk Or you can try ourproperty.co.uk (run by the same ladies and gentleman of HPC) or zoopla. Some transactions (auctions, very high end sale) are not reported on these set of data and you need to go to landreg to get it, £4 a pop though..
