My GF was on the train yesterday.

Overhears a BTL chatting to friend. Apparently this muppet has 12 BTL properties in the Eastbourne area and other parts of the country.

Only trouble is they're having trouble finding tenants who can pay the rent.

Seems the rental market has hit the skids.

So they have decided to sell the whole lot.

Hmmm, at this stage of the game, me thinks this may just be about a year too late.

I very clearly reading about people like this, "Oh well, if my property investments don't work out, I can always sell."

Well guess what matey, the music has stopped, there aren't any more fools to go around, YOU are the biggest fool.

Didn't these people realise that property is one of the most illiquid investments you can make?

How did banks ever lend people with no business sense whatsoever these massive amounts of cash?

Watch out for desperate sellers in the area.
