Anyone know how to resume making the windows 7 operating system discs?

This isn't the same as a recovery disc. I mean the 3 disc procedure that they only allow you to burn once.

I started it and burnt two DVDs, but want to burn the 3rd asap. When I closed it last time round it said when re-opened it would resume from the 3rd disc point in the process.

Originally the option to create them just popped up, so I got started. Unfortunately I can't find the darn option to finish the job!

Naah :) That's a recovery disc, not the actual operating system disc.

PC's used to be sold with a Windows disc, as well as a recovery disc. Nowadays you have to burn your own Windows disc for future use (when you format etc).

I actually burnt a recovery disc when I was searching for the 3 disc OS option.

Anyway, I guess I'll have to research more thoroughly, thanks though.

Is the recovery disk on the hard drive with special software to create a working backup?

I've just got the usual install disk.
