Who Are They Trying To Kid? South Milton

Recommended Posts

This house has been up for sale for months and months and months (at £165000). It came off the market last week and has just come back on with a different agent at +£4000!!!

Do these agents think we are all complete imbeciles????

(You will probably think I'm an imbecile if this link doesn't work - should be the top one (offers in excess of £169000)

Link didn't work! Try this http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-27119146.html

I've noticed a theme with these so called 'cottages' - they are both small and shithole like.

Still this one could be yours for only 170,000 of your finest English pounds - baaaaargain.

This seems to be bucking the trend as there are more and more around Kingsbridge area which are coming down little by little. Still ridiculous prices but maybe with the holiday home tax changes and the general slide hopefully we'll see prices coming down a bit more aggressively.
