Prices Fell A "seasonally Adjusted" 0.2%

Just read the article on the BBC news website regarding the latest Nationwide figures for August: Click Here and was astounded to see the BBC quoting (for what I think is the first time ever, may be wrong) that the price fall of 0.2% was "seasonally adjusted" :o

I don't think I can ever remember the BBC adding the caveat that when prices had rose that were also seasonally adjusted up, balanced, fair, and unbiased reporting would be nice...
