Summer Price Spectacular!

Recommended Posts

These were built a couple of years ago, it appears from looking at the balconies from the street that very few are occupied. Apparently they have been reduced by £10k (6%) Although its difficult to work out from the bee history as the price jumps all over the place as it often does on new developments.

I especially like this bit from the history:

Brief Description changed: WORLD CUP SPECIAL! Unbelievable value during the World Cup only Summer Price Spectacular - so hurry! Don't Miss Out!!!! [Found by n/a]

They have obviously decided to extend that amazing value after the world cup finished. I would think this will turn to an autumn sale then winter sale.

Have they still not sold that pile of sh-t, they have been building and selling that for years.

It ain't a river more a ditch, but at the back it is a proper 4 lane dual carriage way that hugs the block so tight anyone on the lower floors might end up with a car , or worse a lorry in the flat , the road actually raises up quite a bit right at the point of this block.

That's an old photograph. The flats in question have been built in the top left of the photo in place of the two old buildings. It does illustrate the point though right on a bypass. The river is a concrete tunnel running through the high st on the far left of the pic. Riverside living lol. Also they are tiny inside
