Gordon Brown's Suit Still Thinks Its Running The Country

Gordon Brown's suit has been spotted clinging fervently to the former Prime Minister, apparently stating that it is "getting on with the job of cladding our great leader" and "keeping him warm whilst he runs the country." It was most recently spotted on a visit to a water park with his children and wife Sarah.

Other items of Gordon's clothing were apparently traumatized by their removal from Downing Street, but as of yet his business suit has not been able to come to terms with the departure of the Prime Minister.

John Smith of "Cleaned and Pressed" Mr Brown's preferred dry cleaner stated that whilst other garments of the former Prime Minister have visited his store, he has yet to have seen Mr Brown's suit since it left office.

A journalist from the Daily Mail has suggested that Gordon perhaps give his suit some time to rest and recuperate and perhaps consider wearing some Blue Harbour in the meantime.

He does look happier.

My old man was the same. Wore a suit everywhere, even Venice Beach, CA . . . he was striding up that in suit and sheep skin coat one year, tie done up the lot. Seriously unwell chap.

he looks like a simpleton in those pictures...

I was just thinking special needs.

Did you know, that bloke used to be the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom?

Did you know that?

If he can't bring himself to wear t-shirt and jeans, he should perhaps at least buy a beige sports jacket and some cords or something.

He was attending the event in his capacity as local MP so he appeared dressed in clothing that fits the image of local MP.

Turning up in his tracksuit might not have given the right image.

Always defending the indefensible.

Not at all. I just happen to have a different opinion to you.

Some people feel obliged to dress in a certain way for certain events.

I couldn't give a tinker's cuss what he dresses in but I understand why he turned up to a constituency event dressed in MP's clothing.
