You may have noticed that of the 7 house price surveys that report monthly, 6 are currently negative (see summary table on home page). Only Nationwide is hanging in there with a massive 0.1% rise in June.

The question is, will we get a full house of negative house price changes when Nationwide report this week? Will we see the return of an unbroken comforting red glow in the monthly stats in the table?

First to post 'House' on the forum takes the 2010 title.

I would suggest different rules......

Anyone who can prove within a 7 day period all of the following.........(not open to historical entries - looking forward only)

Eric Pebble posting his timeless words

RB making a gold plummet prediction

Another sucker being drawn into an Injin argument

A Daily Express Bull headline

A Black day prediction

THAT is an HPC full house
