I love that flat in winchester. Doesnt seem a ridiculous price considering what crappy apartments are selling for in cardiff bay with views of a concrete flyover.

I would actually consider that if i had the money and wanted a place in town.

Who builds a floor straight through the centre of a period stained glass window?

They've butchered what could have been a lovely building, with double height vaulted ceilings etc. That would be worth something. But no, let's put another floor in. Reminds me a bit of the country pub that was posted a few months back which was converted into 11 flats, each "cleverly retaining the character of the old inn". :blink:
