Can't find the builder either, McCann's EA were selling them from £220k

ok - i'm probably being thick here but what's the catch?!

that's a lot of property for 1/2 mil

I think that's just for the remaining land ;)

I would hazard a guess that the developer paid more than that for it. Collier International the agents appear to be (among other things) receivers.

You are correct there.

Still its a good site.

Another indication of market conidtions - a certain Portadown estate agent's website had shown they had "1693 unique visitors yesterday and 1929 properties viewed" for as long as I can remember - at least 2 years. This morning I see that they only had 693 unique vistors yesterday and 929 properties viewed.

We can conclude from this that out of the 1693 people who have been following the 1929 properties for the last 24 months, last week 1000 took the plunge and bought that dream house that they'd been waiting on all this time. Seriously.
