The Spaniard
Maybe you should frame it as such. Looks like it was built to mislead and memify itself. Words such as "imagine", "suppose" and the use of the subjunctive are usually clues enough that a thought experiment is in progress.

The Spaniard
And what exactly are you inferring ! Nothing untoward, just like to see what's going on. (People often say that I'm curious.) BTW, did you mean 'implying'?

I originally thought "insinuating" - but that seemed far too harsh so opted for the next word to pop into my mind. Luckily I had stopped thinking about virgins. Alan B'Stard MP
You are most gracious and my favourite bank apologist. It's not apologising. It saying what I see - and asking for evidence to the contrary. Edited July 21, 2010 by Alan B'Stard MP
The Spaniard
It's not apologising. It saying what I see - and asking for evidence to the contrary. I used 'apologist' in the second sense: http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/apologist I apologise if it appeared to be in the first sense.
