Man United Footballer Wes Brown Puts Cheshire Mansion On Sale For £4.5M

Recommended Posts

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1295922/Manchester-United-footballer-Wes-Brown-puts-Cheshire-mansion-sale-4-5million.html

Manchester United footballer Wes Brown has put his five-bedroomed Cheshire mansion up for sale for £4.5million.

The 30-year-old defender, who helped design the Prestbury property, has decided to move out of the house with wife Leanne Wassell and their two young daughters and look for something 'a bit more upmarket'.

Complete with a decadent cinema room, the mansion also has a vast spiral staircase, a leisure complex and a sound-proofed music studio.

It even has a swimming pool with a glass roof that looks up into the amazing kitchen.

A source told the Metro: 'This has got to be one of the most bling homes with the glass floor. He would do back stroke and wave to his wife Leanne while she was in the kitchen.’

On the same street as Wayne and Coleen Rooney's house in Alderley Edge, the property is the perfect choice for any wannabe WAGs with a few million to spare.

A voyeurs dream house then?

Sounds a bargain.

"has decided to move out of the house... ...and look for something 'a bit more upmarket'."

OK, I'm no estate agent, but that's not really the best way to market a property, is it?

New build = tiny plot = not enough room for a footy pitch ;)

LMAO at the statues in the cinema. So bad it's hilarious.

They're modeled after the England defenders.

On the same street as Wayne and Coleen Rooney's house in Alderley Edge

I'm not sure that they actually have 'streets' in Alderley Edge!

You can't blame the footballers for getting paid such ridiculously large sums of money. It's the clubs and their mug fans who have got us to this state of affairs.

I know Wes Brown's old form teacher from Burnage High School. Memorable for being the only black kid anyone had ever seen with naturally bright ginger hair!

He used to live in Bramhall by the tennis club. Not as isolated an area as Prestbury. I'm glad none of my family have to drive those windy Prestbury roads at night with no street lighting.

Gurkha hired to guard from wealth raiders.

He was hired by Manchester United team-mate Wes Brown, 30, who lives next door

The Gurkhas will not only guard your property, if they encounter any troublemakers they also provide conclusive proof of their presence.

FFS we don't even do war properly.

He is understood to have removed the man’s head from the area, leaving the rest of his body on the battlefield.

This is considered a gross insult to the Muslims of Afghanistan, who bury the entire body of their dead even if parts have to be retrieved.

British soldiers often return missing body parts once a battle has ended so the dead can be buried in one piece.

Indeed. That cinema room looks like I imagine a 1970's swingers club would look.

Yes, it looks exactly like a 70's strip joint... I would imagine.

I have driven past this house many times on my travels. It is the original McMansion. Truly ghastly, and I imagine that only enough thickie footballer would want to buy it.

And I am sure they'd do the same for us

Is it helping win the hearts and minds of the raging loonies?

Exactly. Aren't these footballers having a hell of a time trying to flog their altars to mammon?

This is a different kind of hearts of minds.

Remember when ARRSE invaded this place, man, that was fun.
