Villamartin, Spain, Update.

Recommended Posts

I've reported on Villa Martin, Torrieveja, a couple of times.

This one came on today:

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/overseas-property/property-26715088.html

Big 3 bed detached villa with a small above ground pool....wait for it, wait for it.....135K Euros!!!!

and we have some other 3 bed villas:

There were asking more than hat for flats 2 years ago, some still are:

Looks like reality has hit.

How long till people break ranks in the UK and try and get rid of the pile of...bricks they are sat on.

These aren't places with demolition orders (or whatever they're called in Spain) hanging over them are they?

No, dont think so. The Villa marin developments have been there for years and i've never seen anything like that related to those developments.

It's just a s**t area.

Massive housing developments have ruined it...much like lots of spain
