Maximal Use Of Minimal Land

Recommended Posts

I know this forum is title house prices and the economy, but it seems that of late we seem to have too much 'economy' and not enough 'house price' discussion. At the very least these threads have provided much needed laughter and reminder at how crazy things still are.

So, here's my latest attempt to get people to comment or chip in with their own latest local observations......

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-16407303.html

In this case, however, I am in a split mind. The property clearly is a clever maximal use of mimimal land. Indeed IF it were a genuiune two bedroom place (and in a good/practical/trendy location) I guess some might argue it would not be too overpriced? BUT note the dimension of the claimed 'second bedroom'. At 5ft3in wide thats too small to even call it a single bedroom?

I wonder how much was paid for the plot?

I wonder if they gave the house a nice traditional name, like "The Old Garage".

My thought exactly. It looks like the plot was somebody's driveway.

That's clearly a misprint. It should say 'affected by elves'.

No, at that price it's got to be 'eves'. Hell, I'm mightily tempted myself.

Burds in the nip dossing about all over the shop, with apples.

Mmmm-hmmm ...
