Once in a lifetime

It’S Like Deja Vu All Over Again.

Well, I wouldn't really have considered a link between Star Trek and Monty Python before watching that clip.....

how do you post youtube direct ?

Must you really?

Is it funny? If so, try to imagine you are a stand-up comedian and recount it in a funny way.

Is it serious? Then use the power of precis to convey the salient points.

Is nobody else worried that this endless posting of videos is empoverishing the language, enfeebling minds and doing nothing to hone our abilities as communicators. Seems we are obsessed with physical prowess and to hell with language skills and mental agility. Yet what actually puts us above the beasts?

Rant over.

That would be a large step ladder - or possibly a balloon.

On the bar with the bold, italics etc there is also a smiley face and the icons to the right of that allow you to put in links etc. The very last one is an icon with a blue square, red square and green square. If you hover the mouse over it it says insert media. Simply click on that and paste the youtube url into it. Apologies if that was overly patronising.

Not patronising, insert media button doesn't work for me?

I'm forced to use Internet Explorer at work find the same thing when trying to post media button. It can be overcome thus:

1. Type [ media ]

2. Paste your link.

3. Type [/ media ]

4. Hit return

Don't put the spaces inbetween the brackets and the word 'media' like I did (otherwise it wouldn't display).
