Smartflea
Or is it just me that finds the asking price on this property to be mind-bogglingly in advance of the market? The identical property 2 doors down on this estate sold for £100 K less just 6 months ago... http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-25857823.html http://www.zoopla.co.uk/house-prices/hampshire/farnborough/woodland-crescent/?q=woodland%20crescent%2C%20farnborough I don't see any mention of gold plating... ;-) Am I missing something? Main reason for asking is NOT interest in the property (doesn't seem worth waiting for realism to take hold here), but more to get a feel for others' opinions - including about the Farnborough area in general. Are asking prices typically this inflated? TIA Edited July 14, 2010 by Smartflea
