Well perhaps when the Vested Interests start admitting to it..

Its time to take notice.

Of course.. there will be no crash.. (they say)

Lenders are falling over themselves to lend more and more multiples..

but then if it does, the economist making the prediciton would be ruined.

That story dates from September 2004, not exactly up to date is it? Try to do better next time.
