Henry Paulson Buys Aspen Lakes Ranch For $24.5 Million

In early July, the sale of the Aspen Lakes Ranch for $24.5 million deal made headlines in the Colorado High Country for being the most expensive single-family real estate transaction in Aspen since the summer of 2009. Just weeks later, the sale is back in the news. This time, the home is drawing attention after reports surfaced that its buyer is none other than former U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry "Hank" Paulson.

Do you get much land with that?

Otherwise "I saw you coming".

Bit of a shed, looks like the Asda in Kendal.

Of course it comes with land it is a ranch. It has a stonking 9 acres.

'Ra_nch'

connection to Mex.Sp. rancho (see ranch), which had connotations of animal filth by 1864.

I was being sarcastic, 9 acres even in this country is nothing and as you say I would expect a ranch to come with thousands.
