Oh no, that would be too easy. These quotes are from random people off the interweb, because that's where it's at, innit! I mean, come on. Surely reporters can do better than this. I can read forums and Facebook for myself. I don't need a BBC report reading the posts out to me for gods sake. So "Terry from Milton Keynes" says this and "Tracy from Cardiff" says that.
