Guest PenelopePitstop Posted July 11, 2010 Share Posted July 11, 2010 I am currently in dispute about amounts of my deposit claimed by my landlord for 'general cleaning' and the garden. This has now gone to TDS. However, the remainder of my deposit has not yet been returned to me and it has been 4 months. Is there any action I can take regarding this?
