You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet
http://www.savills.co.uk/residentialsearch/propertydetail.aspx?pID=279556 On at almost £300,000 - it's so narrow, the door is squashed up against the window. They state 'There is a feeling of space ', but only show one internal photo. Maybe the camera man was a little plump and stuggled to squeeze through the door.

LOL it looks like they took one house and split it down the middle into two. The plan shows that the house sucks. Even the stair well looks incredibly small, a laddere perhaps Swinging a cat is over rated anyway. I love the photo showing the neighbours property view, lake and all. You get to just sit there and dream "what if ..." £295K, bargain. Wouldn't even pay £50K for it. No parking either.

bomberbrown
beat ya! - 1.19m wide - ok it is wedge-shaped so gets wider behind.. http://news.bbc.co.u...and/1634975.stm The house with the narrowest front in the world has been sold in Scotland. The one-bedroom property on the island of Great Cumbrae, off the North Ayrshire coast, has been bought by a family from Essex as a holiday home. Measuring just 1.19m at its narrowest point the house called The Wedge, in Millport, barely has enough room downstairs for the front door. Owners George and June Allison put it on the market for £27,000 in May. Meh! Hoist by my own petard.

Utterly pathetic. "There is a feeling of space". Only a feeling, though, because of course there is no actual space.

wealthy
They state 'There is a feeling of space ', I.e., someone put a mirror in the living room, which, incidentally is the size of a small vauxhall van, and that added an extra 227K to the genuine price tag
You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet
Chris c-t - that's definitely a winner! At least their asking price was more relevant though.

Given that, it must be worth about 100k tops.
