I would imagine the moderate increase in CGT was part of the plan. MPs are heavily invested in property and have a lust for houses as we all know. TB was a shining example of a political VI in HPI. Bloo Loo Posted July 8, 2010 Share Posted July 8, 2010 Interestingly, just caught the nice Chinese lady on Doomberg reporting the forecasts of the World economy ( gains) as being the best for years. so a forecast is the good news? and a revised better forecast is great news....Its hard to explain this...but Im sure you understand what it means....
