I thought that the mistake was an extra 0 on the end rather than a superfluous 1 at the beginning.

Even the £380k is a bit silly when you consider that the highest price a house on this street has sold for was £295k at peak in 2007!

Hasnt this been posted before - Its through one of those DIY estate agents. Probably some senile old codger lives there and saw a house through their partial vision while thumbing through country life magazine that looked vaguely like this and saw a price with a lot of zeros in it.
