Markets Deflationary Bust ?

Recommended Posts

Dollar falling with stocks, curve flattening.

It looks like all the wad from the first round of QEs has been spent. Could be scary.

The house of cards keeps looking more vulnerable.

Popcorn anyone?

I have come to this conclusion. They think 'a bit' worked 'a bit' so they think 'a lot' will work 'a lot'.

Seems they have failed to see the obvious; that it just doesn't work, the system is f*cked and the sh1t they throw at it will fall off and hit the fan.

Although, if I throw enough petrol on a fire, all at one, it would put it out wouldn't it? Maybe this is the logic they are using.

The trouble with the house of cards is that the cards are luxury cards, with gold ink and fancy printing, so people think everything's OK.
