Yet another sign?

I think we are at "Top Dead Centre" the only way is down..............the "Sheep" will suss it by the end of the summer............its the crash in the £ that will hurt BIG time.

That is near me and we have been in fall mode for three years now..house prices in Chester have been falling hard and will fall further,,there are thousands employed in financial services here,,our local estate agent reckons we are 25% down from peak..
