hirop
SB, what's you opinion of Failsworth? I see larger-style victorian terracs up that way,l but have no mental marker for why they are cheaper than say, Denton, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Urmston, Flixton or even parts of Stockport. There's some cheaper ones but not the larger style ones - imo they're far too dear - as the unsold ones on Pole Lane show. There's what looks like very posh ones at the far end of newton heath in the conservation area around graver lane. Newton heath itself is a bit rough though... http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-16238676.html Failsworth seems expensive too - but cheap compared to Woodhouses which is "almost in the countryside apart from being next to Limeside and the motorway!" http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/find.html?searchType=SALE&locationIdentifier=REGION^9664&insId=1&radius=0.0&displayPropertyType=&minBedrooms=&maxBedrooms=&minPrice=&maxPrice=&retirement=&partBuyPartRent=&maxDaysSinceAdded=&includeSSTC=true&_includeSSTC=on&x=31&y=10&sortByPriceDescending=&primaryDisplayPropertyType=&secondaryDisplayPropertyType=&oldDisplayPropertyType=&oldPrimaryDisplayPropertyType=&newHome=&auction=false top price 5 bedroom detached house for sale Ashton Road, WOODHOUSES, Manchester Offers in Region of £499,950 Cheapest £60k (ignoring someone's back garden for which they want 48k) 2 bedroom terraced house for sale Hardman Street, Manchester
