This will be the first time I have rented a property and I don't want to get myself into unnecessary bother a few months down the line. Also, make sure you get the landlords proper address, 2 reasons for this 1 ) cos legally you should have it but some agents are crap at providing it and 2 ) if you dont get your deposit back due to lies as above... erm... well.... erm... i wouldnt touch his car myself if i knew where to find it and had been ripped off, honest guv Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
