The so-called expert does not want to mention the most obvious issue of all:


I think you will have to reduce the guide price to match today’s more realistic market

And he's right - but why not cut the cr@p about multi-agenting and auctions and simply say 'lower your price'?!

The vendor is clearly deluded/in denial; and not enough agents are encouraging vendors to drop prices for fear of losing instructions. It will be their undoing... ;)
