Outdoor Lights - Where Can I Get Those Naff 1960's Strings?

Recommended Posts

What, those things they sell in B&Q, Homebase and loads of other stores - think Argos and Halfords sell them also. Marks have them in from time to time as does Tesco.

Amazon has a whole section - love their lanterns.

It would seem that you are quite young for your sophisticated sexual tastes.

I am not talking about modern trash. The things that I am talking about take full size tungsten bulbs in different colours. The bulb holders have rubber boots (that might appeal to you).

We use an inspection lamp with a fluorescent bulb and hang it under the parasol.

When we go camping we plug it into the car cigarette lighter via an inverter without worrying about draining the battery.

Couldn't you just nick some from a skip hire firm - you know the orange flashy ones.
