Second Hand House Prices To Jump By 20%

Recommended Posts

Purely anecdotal but I was in Dublin last month and was surprised to hear people discussing the crazy prices and the coming house price crash. When the subject comes up here I am almost invariably advised to 'get on the ladder' as 'house prices always go up in the long run'.
