Property Pimps

With the rags filling space with this kind of thing, we should try to fight back in the public mind.

I propose that whenever we mention BTL landlords, for example in commenting on an article, or (better) if anyone gets a voice in the mainstream meeja, we should use the term "Property Pimps". If asked, explain exactly why: they're profiteering from vulnerable people most of whom have no choice.

It's a catchy enough term, and might just catch on. IMHO. B)

House prices can only go up, innit

I fought dat til i realized that 1995 ter 2007 dey went up 360-400% when mi frigin' wage only wen' up 80 flippin %. So if dey did dat agen for next 12 yers, a 3 bedd turdace wood be £605k and mi wage wood be average man one- about £48k pa. Soooooooooooooo, I'll need a 12 x yerly wage morgige - low start - 1% til i snuff it interest, please?
