I'd Like To Post This Dump For A Comedy Price

Recommended Posts

This is in my home town of Wellington.

A grubby looking hovel, clearly falling to pieces. No front garden and a garage somewhere else.

It's obviously too disgusting inside to consider showing any pictures but at least it has the added security of CCTV right on the lampost outside

Can you imagine handing over £259,000 in piles of ten pound notes for it?

Madness.

It "commands" a slightly elevated position, therefore worth every penny in my opinion... :lol:;)

This demonstrates why there will not yet be a recovery.

Looks alright. Central, reasonable garden. For about 100k that is.

£44.5k to £48k Maximum. {But only that high if there is mimimal interior restoration required}

Indeed. and I bet you, they will take a big reduction for that hotel.

Is it a prerequisite for Valuers at EA in the UK to smoke crack?
