Has charlie been legalized or something?

To understand this you have see that many currencies are competing in which can devalue the most. The problems in the USA are gradually gathering pace and on some days sound worse than those of the Eurozone.

The bankers in Britain have all been on charlie for years. That is why 80% of all currency in circulation has traces of charlie on it when tested - (fact not joke)

Brown was a proper charlie but he's come down to earth now.

It may have been a beeb glitch, but how I don't know.

Yes I think it's a nice name too.

It has in fact appreciated against the pound significantly over the last year, much to the amusement of a Peruvian friend.

Having said that it is only a new sun because they hyperinflated the old sun away comparatively recently.
