TheCountOfNowhere
http://www.propertysnake.co.uk/site/detail/15964137 04 May 2007 First day listed (price £180,000) now on at 175K. That over 3 years on the market. This is the reality/stupidity of people. This is what happens without forced sellers and our tax money being used to keep people in houses. Reality doesnt count when you're trying to sell a house.
Executive Sadman
Its not even like Northamptonshire was least affected by the crash. MrFlibble
Obviously people who do not need to sell. Hopefully the cuts in the public sector will create a need for some people to move locations, hence force them to sell up and move on. Pent Up
I know of one like this. The property is re listed regularly to beat the bee. 2007 asking price was £225k! Now £165k and still massively overpriced IMO. Has been at this price for 9 months now.
