3 Years+ On The Market Now...

Recommended Posts

http://www.propertysnake.co.uk/site/detail/15964137

04 May 2007 First day listed (price £180,000)

now on at 175K.

That over 3 years on the market. This is the reality/stupidity of people.

This is what happens without forced sellers and our tax money being used to keep people in houses.

Reality doesnt count when you're trying to sell a house.

Obviously people who do not need to sell. Hopefully the cuts in the public sector will create a need for some people to move locations, hence force them to sell up and move on.

I know of one like this. The property is re listed regularly to beat the bee.

2007 asking price was £225k!

Now £165k and still massively overpriced IMO. Has been at this price for 9 months now.
