May well be a nice enough house inside but can anyone tell me why they wont get anywhere near £150,000 for it?

It's looks a fairly run down area looking at Street View. Maybe I'm a snob, but that boarded up shop with Real IRA graffiti on it suggests that it's not a tourist hotspot. It's also next to a bar - is it a nasty bar, with nasty people in it.... is it on a marching route....

Or is it the damp proofing van parked outside?

Right next to a nightclub! The bouncers more or less stand next to your front window. Anyone wanting a smoke has to stand next to your window.

Not to mention the gangs of drunken teenagers who hang around that area every weekend

If this gets anywhere near 150 grand then im becoming a bull!
