Kite Flyers Appearing In Sw London

Recommended Posts

Just been having a look at some new stuff coming on in SW London. While there are some price reductions on things on for a while, seen some new places coming on at way, way above peak 2007. Presume that this is kite flyers trying out now that HIPS not necessary? Will report with reductions on these in due course I hope.

You're not joking. My personal favourite is this place: bought for £845k in Feb 2008 (ISTR the peak in Richmond borough was hit in Jan 08?), and now on for a total of....£1.195M!!!

My girlfriend is trying to sell now...so are 5/6 other people on her (short) street !!!

2 have fallen through recently.

Asking prices are high, last sale price achieved is low.

Clapham area.

You kind of get a feeling something is afoot....

Looking on the sold prices sites, sales volumes are tiny this year in the area. The EAs presumably though are still valuing high to get the instruction.
